My fiance and myself had the opportunity to meet this remarkable person in July of 2007 while traveling to Florida in search of a home to purchase. Carol took us on a three day quest of the area starting early each morning and ending late each evening looking at dozens of various properties until we found the home we were looking for. The reason for this is we only had three days before we had to return to Maine. Throughout these three days we discovered how fortunate we were to have met such a person. Every step of the way Carol made sure that our every need and question was met with a professional yet personal courtesy. We both thought at the time that it was pretty remarkable to meet a broker that would clear her schedule for three days to spend with us, not to mention putting on hundreds of miles and yet at today's fuel cost.
Well, it was not until we entered into a contract on our home that we really realized how thorough this person really was. We had to return to Maine and finish the deal from here. Carol really showed us her abilities when she handled all this information through use of phone, fax, and the internet. She was able to either put us in touch with the right people for inspections, appraisals, and surveys or contact them for us. Not to mention traveling to the property to meet with these people so they could perform their jobs because she knew we could not.
In closing I just want to add that I am an 18 year veteran Police Officer as well as 30 year veteran Firefighter/EMT. I meet and deal with thousands of people in these lines of work and in many different types of situations. It has only been but very rare I meeta person that is the caliber of Carol Hamilton. I highly recommend this individual to anybody in need of a true Real Estate Professional.
